Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and beautiful environment? Do you have a knack for organization or creativity? If so, we want you to join our team! We are currently seeking individuals with a diverse range of skills to help us maintain and enhance our spaces. Whether you’re a seasoned cleaner, a green-thumbed gardener, or a creative thinker bursting with ideas, we have a place for you.
Positions Available:
Cleaners: Are you meticulous when it comes to cleanliness? Do you take pride in ensuring every surface shines? We are looking for individuals who excel in maintaining a pristine environment, ensuring our spaces are always inviting and hygienic.
Gardeners: Do you have a passion for plants and outdoor spaces? Our jungle is in need of strong nurturing hands to keep it under control. From cutting grass, pruning trees, trimming bushes, weeding and watering, if you have a green thumb, we want to hear from you.
Creatives: Are you bursting with imaginative ideas? Do you have a flair for design? We are seeking creative individuals who can help us elevate our spaces at the properties or online with innovative and visually stunning concepts. Whether it’s decorating our spaces or coming up with unique solutions to enhance our online environment, your creativity is valued here. Creative people may work as freelance on a per project basis. - Maintenance: We are always updating, and upgrading our properties. We need help with sanding, painting, building, and fixing the properties and our bikes!
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically strong, healthy and fit (cleaning requires a good level of grit especially during the hot humid/sweaty months)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks
- Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, bicycle maintenance, or creative fields
- 2-4 week commitment
- A fully functioning smart phone & beach sandals without a back strap
- Working knowledge of English (Japanese language skills are not required)

* High season (7/23 – 8/20) the hourly rate is ¥1400. It is very hot and very busy at this time. Only hardworking and experienced people will be considered.
**If you have creative skills you wish to use and help us along with our projects. Please provide links to your previous work and a proposal to let us know how you can contribute to our spaces. Creative projects will be considered individually and can be paid per project or as a work exchange. Work exchange will be offered for 84 hours a month in exchange a place to rest and call home when not working. Shorter schedules will also be considered. Tell us your ideas!
