Cancellation Policy
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received more than 7 days before date of arrival, no refund thereafter. Reservations dates cannot be modified. If you would like to change your reservation, you can make a new booking and then cancel the old one. Cancellation fees will apply.
Check-in and out
Check-in: Anytime after 16:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Early check-ins and late check-outs are charged hourly and subject to availability. Requests can be made 24 hours prior to check-in.
Free Parking
Please note: the parking area is a little of site. You will see a big blue sign marked, "wabi-sabi parking" just prior to arriving at the property. You are welcome to drive your cottage to upload/reload your luggage. Parking is available during checked-in times only.
Nature
We love living close to nature but sometimes nature wants to live even closer to us. If you see boar outside, clap your hands to scare them. Insect repellents and insecticides are provided for you in the house.
The Beach
Some days are better for swimming and some days are better for surfing. We can make recommendations for times and places to suit your preferences. Lifeguards are only present during peak summer season 8:00-17:00.
Manners
Only checked-in guests are allowed on the property. No smoking inside the house. Most people join us to relax and rejuvenate, please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping quiet inside and outside the house after 22:00.
