Aerial Yoga classes at Retreat wabi-sabi

Aerial Yoga classes have begun in Shimoda, Izu! If you would like to “experience the freedom of movement in a hammock” come and join us on the deck at Retreat wabi-sabi. There is nothing like it! According to our current students:

“Kimochiiiiiiiii” (feels good),
Great for my stiff shoulders!
It’s really fun! 🙂
Great for surfers
Awesome location! The sound of the birds and the river helps you relax and be in the moment
Really decompresses your spine
Kinda makes you feel like a kid again but it’s still challenging and a great workout!
Kristyna is a great teacher! She’s helpful and speaks some Japanese too!

We have a tentative schedule for the next 2 weeks. Since the cafe has yet to open for the season we can be a little more flexible. Once holiday season starts on July 23rd, Kristyna will be offering yoga lessons morning and evenings. If you are keen and have some requests, please let us know, we will consider your schedule when arranging new class times.
